GIVING BACK IS IMPORTANT

We want to make a difference in the world.

As more people buy and sell $MMA, our charity wallet will increase and we will be able to help more and more kids around the globe.

While our focus will be to help kids get involved with fight sports, we are certainly open to and expect to help other types of children’s charities.

We will have team members who will focus greatly on the charity aspect of MMACOIN, LLC.

All charities will be fully vetted and “official”.

In the future, we will formalize the process for charities to apply for funding.

We will always show the amount of money we have raised, the amount donated, and to whom it was donated.

Initially, we expect donation intervals to be monthly. As popularity increases, we expect the donating to be a full-time commitment with more frequent intervals of distribution.

Sponsored fighters will be given the opportunity to name the children’s charity of their choice (once) and we will make the contribution on their behalf.

Annually, we will have an auditing firm perform a full audit on all charity activities to demonstrate transparency and legitimacy.
